Roesch Real Estate Group — NYC retail leasing
Marketing site for a New York City commercial real-estate brokerage — fully Sanity-driven, with cinematic scroll and live market data.

About
Roesch Real Estate Group (RREG) is a New York City commercial real-estate brokerage specialising in retail leasing and investment sales. The entire site is content-driven through Sanity — listings, team, press, and even the homepage are edited in a standalone Studio and published with zero redeploys — wrapped in cinematic GSAP scroll animation and a live Federal Reserve interest-rate ticker.
Problem
A boutique NYC brokerage needed an institutional-grade web presence where the team could publish and update listings, press, and team changes themselves — without a developer in the loop for every edit.
Approach
Next.js App Router for a fast, SEO-strong marketing site, with every content type modelled in Sanity and edited in a standalone Studio. GROQ plus tag-based ISR keep it fast and instantly updatable; GSAP and Lenis give it a high-end editorial feel.
Outcome
A live brokerage site the team runs themselves — new listings, press, and team members go live in seconds. The Sanity workflow made both the build and the client hand-off genuinely smooth.
